Progression First
Every session moves from technical base work to faster game constraints. Athletes are not kept in one generic drill loop.
- Team Placement — On the first day, athletes are assigned to balanced teams and introduced to a dedicated coach who guides them throughout the week.
- Daily Schedule — Each morning starts with focused skill development sessions, followed by team-centered drills and controlled scrimmage play.
- Team Development — As the week progresses, players train alongside the same teammates, strengthening chemistry and learning to perform as a cohesive unit.
- Thursday Champs — The camp concludes with a tournament-style event where teams compete for recognition, awards, and a memorable finish to the week.
Sessions are designed to create measurable improvement week to week rather than random activity blocks.
