Families must notify us at least one (1) week before the missed session, or no later than one (1) week after the missed session.

At OCVA, we are committed to providing high-quality programming while maintaining fair and transparent policies for all families. Please review the following guidelines carefully before registering for any program.
The following policies apply to all OCVA camps, clinics, and seasonal programs. We encourage families to review these terms before completing registration.
Full refund less a $20 administrative fee, or a full credit toward any future OCVA program.
50% refund of the registration fee less a $20 administrative fee, or a full credit toward any future OCVA program.
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun. In certain circumstances, participants may be eligible for a pro-rated credit toward a future OCVA program.
If a participant must miss a session due to a reasonable circumstance (such as illness or injury), please follow the guidelines below.

Eligible participants will receive a credit toward a future OCVA program for reasonable circumstances such as illness or injury.
Missing more than one session is not eligible for credit, unless the circumstance is exceptional and has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support Team.
