Advanced youth volleyball training in Irvine is the focus of OCVA Rising Stars Academy, an elite development program serving competitive athletes throughout Orange County.
Designed for experienced players who want to train smarter, play harder, and compete at a higher level, this advanced volleyball academy emphasizes technical refinement, positional development, and real-game application in a high-performance training environment.
For Boys & Girls (Grades 8–10)
This advanced youth volleyball program is ideal for athletes who already understand the fundamentals of the game but are not currently competing on a full club team. Players train in a structured, competitive environment focused on developing advanced skills, improving decision-making, and gaining real match experience against high-level peers.

Eleni joins the Orange County Volleyball Association coaching staff with an elite international volleyball background and over a decade of professional experience.
A former Ukrainian National Team athlete, Eleni spent more than 10 years competing in the Greek Championship, earning MVP and Best Scorer honors along the way. Eleni’s passion for athlete development, combined with her professional playing career, makes her a powerful addition to OCVA’s coaching team.
OCVA is led by Coach Morteza Shiari, former Assistant Coach of the U.S. National Team and UCLA, bringing years of high-performance expertise. He oversees youth training camps, coach development programs, club partnerships, and athlete showcases—creating opportunities for players of all levels to grow and succeed
