Program Refund & Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal more than two (2) weeks prior to the program start date:
Participants are eligible for a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee, or a full credit toward any future OCVA program.

Withdrawal within two (2) weeks of the program start date:
Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee, or a full credit toward any future OCVA program.

After the program has started:
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun. In certain circumstances, participants may be eligible for a pro-rated credit toward a future OCVA program.
Missed Sessions Policy

Missing a session after a clinic or camp has begun:
If a participant must miss a session due to a reasonable circumstance (such as illness or injury), families must notify us at least one (1) week before the missed session, or no later than one (1) week after the missed session.

Credit eligibility:
Eligible participants will receive a credit toward a future OCVA program.

Multiple missed sessions:
Missing more than one session is not eligible for credit, unless the circumstance is exceptional and has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support Team.
